Although you will likely take pictures at every entertainment option and scenic view along the way, you cannot miss the top ten most Instagrammable places in the Branson.  

1. Branson Mural

The Branson Mural is the top photo op in the city. Bright colors and bold letters vividly depict the top vacation experiences Branson has to offer. Take a straight shot from across the road or work a few angles to get more of Historic Downtown Branson in the frame. Make a post, grab an ice cream cone from Mr. B’s Ice Cream Parlor and watch the flattering comments roll in.

2. Dick’s 5 & 10

Less than a block up Main Street from the Branson Mural is Dick’s 5 & 10, one of the last remaining nickel and dime stores in the world. With funky finds at every turn, you are sure to find the best memorabilia to commemorate your trip. Take a fun shot in the nostalgic aisles or grab one in front of the classic storefront.

3. Branson Landing Fountain Show

The Fountain Show at Branson Landing is a five-minute walk away from Dick’s 5 & 10. This thrilling spectacle mixes colorful lights, fire cannons, water geysers and music together for an unforgettable performance at the top of every hour. Watch from a restaurant patio, a Hilton Promenade hotel room, or the first-come-first-serve seating in front of the elements. You can also walk on the observation bridge behind the show for a new perspective.

4. Mr. Peck

Meet Mr. Peck, a 43-foot-tall rooster wearing a blue bowtie, star-emblazoned vest and a chainsaw-chiseled, red-combed head. He is the tallest rooster in the world and spends his days greeting guests of The Great American Steak and Chicken House. After you finish snapping photos with the prodigious poultry, stop inside to sample the restaurant’s other main attraction — country cooking.

5. Attractions

Branson’s many attractions will make your Instagram feed look picture perfect. Take a shot in front of the huge, upside down house that is WonderWorks attraction, step inside an interactive museum at Beyond the Lens which has photo opportunities around every corner or pose with your favorite star at Hollywood Wax Museum. You can even stand in front of the Titanic Museum Attraction, which is a scaled but realistic model of the infamous ship.

6. Branson Ferris Wheel

The iconic Chicago Navy Pier Ferris Wheel found a new home in Branson, Missouri. During the day, hop in a car to catch a fresh view of Branson Entertainment District’s skyline. At night, the perfect shot can be found by standing far enough from the wheel to catch both the whole structure and you in the frame. Wait until the nightly Electrify light show begins and then snap away.

7. Sight & Sound Theatre

Although every live show theatre in Branson presents a distinct flare, the beauty of Sight & Sound Theatre is hard to top. This magnificently designed complex is home to 2,000 theatre seats and one of the city’s largest live performance stages. As you enter the Bible-inspired show, remember your visit by taking a group picture in front of the stunning building.

8. Silver Dollar City

We are convinced there are hundreds of photo ops at Silver Dollar City, Branson’s famous 1880s-themed theme park. The sign at the main entrance is the most iconic, whereas the deck at the Wildfire rollercoaster presents a level of thrill. With every changing season you have even more Instagram potentials, like Joy on Townsquare’s 8-story Christmas tree, hundreds of hand-crafted, larger-than-life pumpkin structures during Harvest Festival and more.

9. Showboat Branson Belle

Step aboard Silver Dollar City Attractions’ Showboat Branson Belle, a large, 700 passenger boat modeled after the classic showboats of the 1800s. In addition to the incredible live show and the tasty dinner, an extended intermission gives guests time to sit back, relax and take in the scenic views of Table Rock Lake from the viewing deck. Fair warning, after this two-hour excursion, your camera roll may be full!

10. Top of the Rock

For the most iconic view of the Ozark Mountains and Table Rock Lake, head to Top of the Rock at Big Cedar Lodge. Take a self-guided golf cart ride through the Lost Canyon Cave & Nature Trail, stopping for pictures inside stunning caves and nature scenes along the way. Snap a shot as you hit a bucket of balls at the Top of the Rock driving range filled with waterfalls, cliffs, synthetic grass and lights that allow you to hit into the night – unlike any other driving range experience. Top off the evening with dinner at Osage Restaurant and snag a photo in front of the infinity pool as the sun sets.
