We don’t know of any prohibition on metal detectors. Since it is private property, there may be issues of ownership if you find anything of significant value.

I have been coming to branson MO since 1972 and to the Baldknobbers I was 2 1/2 they are the best show in town.

[...] According to the website, it was an area that was named Murder Rock, not just one rock. The area is around four miles long, and the history dates back to the middle 1800s. There is an old 19th century road on Pine Mountain where a band of robbers hid amongst the rocks and ambushed several travelers, killing them all,according to the website. Alfred Bolin, who was leader of a gang of robbers during the Civil War, was one of the robbers who took part in the ambush. There was a cave below the road where Bolin and his gang were supposed to have taken refuge. There is a legend about the gang burying treasure there, somewhere near the cave. Treasure hunters haven’t found any of the lost treasure yet [...]

Lynette, there are great shows going on in both theaters. Before Andy Williams passed last month, he had supervised planning and production for this year’s Andy Williams Christmas Show. I am a huge "Gone with the Wind" fan. In fact, my daughter's middle name is Leigh, after Vivian Leigh... I Love that book/movie. Because of that movie, I am obsessed with the Civil War era... in fact just finished reading a great historical fiction about the Civil war titled, "Up From Corinth: Book 2 of Journey Into Darkness" by J.
