The State Farm & Red Cross Disaster Services Open

Saturday, July 21, 2012

Location: Payne Stewart Golf Club
Phone: 1-866-206-0256 ext 109
Web: www.sfrco.org

The State Farm & Red Cross Disaster Services Open is coming up on July 21, 2012 and will be held at the beautiful Payne Stewart Golf Club in Branson, MO. Last year the golf tournament met and exceeded a goal of $100,000 and we are excited that with your help we can make that goal a reality this year as well!

Over the last 18 years area golfers in the tournament have raised over $1 million dollars for local disaster relief. Thank You! Without your help the Red Cross would not be able to continue its mission “To provide relief to victims of disasters and to help prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.”

When you donate just $5.00 to the Red Cross you are able to provide a family with a comfort kit, which includes toiletries and personal hygiene materials, or send a phone card to a soldier who needs to contact his family back home. Your $10.00 will feed a person in our shelter three full meals, or your $25.00 donation feeds a family of four when disaster forces them to spend a night away from their home.

As part of the fun there are great give away items, hole prizes and a raffle! For more details on the prizes and raffle items please visit our facebook page, American Red Cross, Southern Missouri Region and join the event!

Register your team TODAY!! Easy online registration can be found at www.sfrco.org or contact the Red Cross at 1-866-206-0256 ext 109.

We hope you will join us this year for the opportunity to play on a golf course new to the event and most importantly, ensure the disaster response and preparedness education of the American Red Cross will continue in our community for years to come. Together, we will make a difference!
