A wide variety of our promotional materials are available to you for FREE such as vacation guides, show & attraction guides, rack cards, maps, posters, brochure shells and more to help you plan and promote your group tour. This informaiton will increase participation on your tour and provide valuable information for your clients who may or may not be familiar with Branson.
Media Support
Our Branson Destination Sales video in DVD format are only available at your request and are complimentary. We also can provide you with press kits and local media contacts. Familiarization Tours & Site Selection
The Branson/Lakes Area CVB offers information on scheduled familiarization tours (FAMs) planned at different times throughout the year. However, if you want to plan your own preliminary visit to Branson for personal site inspection, the Branson/Lakes Area CVB will provide information and contacts for you to arrange your own specific itinerary of activities. In 2013 Branson/Lakes Area CVB will host our 5th Annual Travel Agent FAM Tour, April 24-26, and the Reunion Friendly Network ConFam September 15-19. Branson hosts the largest community-wide FAM tour in the Midwest for tour operators, travel agents and group leaders called “Destination Branson.” This annual sales & educational conference will be held Sept. 8-11. We will host our 7th Annual Music Directors FAM Tour, June 18-21 and our 9th Annual Military Reunion Planners Conference FAM Tour, August 19-22.
