Team Building in Branson

Branson has a large array of engaging and memorable team building exercises for your group, business, meeting or convention.

Create a group environment full of memories and camaraderie with unique team building activities in Branson. In some instances, meeting planners are invited to relax as some of Branson’s most esteemed meeting facilities host your group, which allows you to focus on other facets of your meeting.

Here are a few popular team building exercises for Branson meeting attendees:

Silver Dollar City

Silver Dollar City is the dream team building location. In addition to the everyday fun found in the beloved 1880s-style theme park like shopping, dining, live shows, craftsman and rides, Silver Dollar City also offers unique meeting spaces, scavenger hunts, exclusive ride time, mementos and specialized events for your group.

The team at Silver Dollar City specializes in creating the kind of experiences your team will rave about for years. The staff will work tirelessly to create and customize the perfect event for your group. Most notable, the planning and coordinating of the activity is fully handled by the park’s staff, so the event organizer has the freedom to participate with the rest of their group. Big Cedar Lodge

Located in the mountains that overlook Table Rock Lake, Big Cedar Lodge is an expansive upscale resort with many opportunities for team building activities. The facility also has ample meeting and lodging space, which makes transitioning to business a breeze.

Fun Mountain is a 50,000-square-foot adventure complex that gives groups the opportunity to both compete and connect. Your team is bound to grow closer as they let loose through underwater themed bowling, racing on NASCAR inspired go-karts, playing classic arcade games, watching the big game in the sports lounge and dodging laser tag beams.

The Big Cedar staff also can organize “Ozark Olympics” for groups that want some healthy competition. The “Olympic” sports can include guided fishing trips, shooting at Bass Pro Shops Shooting Academy and golfing at one of their world-class golf courses. For a more carefree approach to competition, check out the “Hillbilly Olympics.”

The staff also can organize lawn games like horseshoes, cornhole, washers and tic-tac-toe. The property’s manicured lawn is a great place for picnics, boxed lunches, mini-golf and sand volleyball matches. There are also opportunities for scavenger hunts either on the Big Cedar property or a “pirate treasure” scavenger hunt that takes place on boats on Table Rock Lake.

More low-key options for team-building activities include paint and pour events, chili cookoffs, stretch breaks and whiskey tastings.

A few miles down the road you’ll find the Bass Pro Shops Shooting Academy and just a while further, Dogwood Canyon Nature Park. Both of these adventurous, outdoor venues provide the perfect place for unique and unforgettable team building experiences.

Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa and Convention Center

Surveying Table Rock Lake is another great property for corporate meetings and team building opportunities: Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa and Convention Center.

The property’s culinary team, led by the Executive Chef, can lead participants through cooking demonstrations and culinary exercises. Groups can also take part in more outdoorsy team-building activities such as yard games, scavenger hunts and poker runs on Table Rock Lake. The team at Chateau can also help organize “paint and pour” events, yoga classes and even set up excursions on Table Rock Lake aboard the Spirit of America catamaran. Since the property has a full-service spa on site, the staff can also provide chair massages for event attendees or conduct seminars on healthy living. Another unique option is the resort can coordinate a special on-site evening firework show for corporate groups.

Fritz’s Adventure

Another unique facility with great team-building options for event attendees is Fritz’s Adventure, an 80,000-SF indoor adventure park packed with climbing, zip-lining and a massive ropes course. The attraction also has several private event rooms that can accommodate 20-100 people. There is also Fritz’s Cafe, an observation level that offers ample seating and food services.

Perhaps the most popular activity for groups is the three-story ropes course, where participants wear harnesses and move through the air as high as 40-feet above the ground. There’s also a laser room and a “city wall,” where team members can climb multi-story urban brick walls. Additionally, the outside of the building serves as a massive rock-climbing wall with belay ropes attached to the top of the structure.

Planners can find more information by calling 417-320-6138 extension 213.
