Enjoy a Weekend in Branson

Friday

Once you arrive in Branson, settle in at your home away from home. Branson has accommodations for just about every budget and preference, so you are sure to find a place that fits your style! 

After you settle in, head down to Branson Landing for a fun, laid-back night on the town. Located in between the Lake Taneycomo waterfront and Historic Downtown Branson, Branson Landing is a one-stop shop for great dining, shopping, entertainment and attractions.

Start your evening with a great meal from one of the many restaurants at the Branson Landing, many of which have patio seating overlooking beautiful Lake Taneycomo. After dinner, stroll along the lakeside boardwalk, and be sure to stop and take time to enjoy the magnificent Branson Landing Fountains. Choreographed water, fire and music shows run on the hour beginning at noon.

Finish out the evening with your choice of entertainment. From live music to bowling, and ziplines to arcades, Branson Landing has an activity everyone will enjoy!

Saturday

Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast at a locally owned restaurant such as Billy Gail’s Cafe(near Silver Dollar City) or Branson’s Center Stage Grille & Kaffee Haus (on W 76 Country Blvd). Once you’re fueled up for the day, choose one of these great ways to spend your Saturday!

  • Silver Dollar City – Head to Silver Dollar City for an all-day adventure full of food, fun and thrills! In addition to the rides, shows, shops and demonstrating craftsmen that are there to enjoy all year, Silver Dollar City features a new festival each season that brings new shows, food and fun, making every visit to the park unique!
  • Attractions and Museums – Split your time between a variety of exciting attractions. Whether you want to ride go-karts, play mini-golf, brave an extreme adventure, interact with animals or immerse yourselves in a museum, Branson has you covered!
  • Great Outdoors – There is no shortage of ways to enjoy the great outdoors in Branson. Spend the day on the water of one of the area’s beautiful lakes, check out the great hiking trails or play a round of golf at one of Branson’s award-winning courses.

In the evening, don’t miss seeing one of Branson’s incredible live shows. Whether you like country music, illusionists, Broadway-style productions or tribute shows, Branson has it all, and everything in between!

Sunday

If you don’t have to rush out of town, spend Sunday exploring the activities you wanted to do, but ran out of time for, on Saturday!

Or for an extra special farewell, make reservations to enjoy a delicious Sunday brunch at either Osage Restaurant at Top of the Rock, Devil’s Pool Restaurant at Big Cedar Lodge, or Sunday Brunch at College of the Ozarks. After you eat, take some time to explore the grounds at these beautiful properties and take in some of the most breathtaking views in the Ozarks.
