Morningside, Home of the international Jim Bakker TV Show and the Morningside Church announced an outstanding lineup of well- known speakers, pastors and guests appearing nightly at the retreat center in Blue Eye, Missouri.
Pastor Joe Campbell of Marshfield, Missouri, was recently named the lead pastor at Morningside Church and will be speaking Sunday morning at 10:30AM. Nightly services will be at 7PM with special guests speakers Pastor Ron Webb, William Forstchen, Lt. Robert McGinnis, Brigitte Gabriel, Rick Joyner, Philip Campbell, Bobby Conner, David Jeremiah and others.

Born and raised in the Ozarks, Pastor Joe is second eldest of seven children. From a young age he began working off the land and taking care of the family farm with his siblings; the dedication, labor and teamwork this brought has continued throughout his life.

Pastor Joe accepted Jesus into his heart at age eight and began ministering and teaching even as a teen. He met his wife, Rebecca “Becky” Gaston, while attending church camp during their teenage years. Joseph and Rebecca married in 1977 and a year later began full time children's ministry. They had three children: Kent, Dawn and Wendy. Their oldest, Kent, unexpectedly passed away in an automobile accident in 2002. Currently they have nine grandchildren.

Through the years, Pastor Joe has been ranked one of the world's top children's pastors, holding over 3200 kids in attendance every service. He has served as a Bible professor in multiple colleges, founded Camp Bell, a forty acre Christian-western campground in Missouri which houses hundreds of campers yearly and also renovated a 16,000sq ft. school building into a children's home.

Over the course of the next 26 years they served as the senior pastors of Lakeside Family Center in Marshfield, MO and in 1998 they founded the School of Ministry at Lakeside, teaching the saints the work of the ministry. Lakeside is still thriving and growing today.
