Shepherd's Mill Restaurant & Bakery to Open Monday, September 9

Branson, Missouri - September 6, 2019 — Shepherd of the Hills is proud to announce the opening of a new restaurant, Shepherd’s Mill, on Monday, September 9, 2019.

Shepherd’s Mill will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday through Saturday 7 am to 9 pm, and on Sunday for breakfast and lunch from 7 am to 3 pm. Shepherd’s Mill is set to replace the original restaurant, Aunt Mollie’s Cupboard, that was lost in a 2002 fire. The décor will provide a unique, rustic dining experience in line with the original eatery and theme of the park.

The breakfast menu will include traditional staples such as biscuits and gravy, pancakes, eggs, and various meats, while also adding specialties such as a giant cinnamon roll, big enough for an entire table to share. The lunch and dinner menu will offer a variety of traditional “home-cooked” dishes, including Shepherd’s Pie, Old Matt’s Fried Chicken, Aunt Mollie’s Meatloaf and more.

“We are very excited to bring Shepherd’s Mill and great home-cooked food to Branson,” said General Manager and Co-Owner Jeff Johnson. “We believe this restaurant is a perfect fit for the tradition of the Ozarks, and we couldn’t be happier to build on the history of Aunt Mollie’s Cupboard.” 

A larger grand opening celebration is being planned for the future, and more information will be released at a later date.
