Welcome the CSSA Annual Convention To Branson!

Parade Route & Road Closures

The 2018 CSSA Convention “Picture Yourself in Branson” will be hosted August 22-25 (during a historically slower week in Branson). Over 3,000 people will be in town for four (or more) days. The CSSA members, their family and friends will be staying at many of our lodging properties and camping. The CSSA convention includes activities in and outside the Branson Convention Center. According to the Destinations International (DI) calculator the estimated economic impact for this event is over $2M. Details about the convention are available at www.cssa2018.com.

We are working diligently to get messaging out inviting our community partners to join us in welcoming the Shriners for their 2018 Convention and to ensure area businesses, residents and visitors are aware of the Shriner’s Parade Route (and road closures) next Saturday, August 25th.  Attached is a Member Service Announcement (MSA) that was sent out by the Branson Chamber with Parade Map

Please join us in welcoming the Shriners and spreading the word by sharing information about the CSSA convention and parade with your distribution lists.
