Just like the finale of a fantastic show, Branson's Ozark Mountain Christmas (November and December) brings together a mix of world-class entertainment, recreation and holiday spirit to provide a truly exhilarating vacation experience. 2010 marks the 23rd season for Ozark Mountain Christmas as Branson transforms into a holiday wonderland featuring spectacular lighting displays, shows celebrating Christmas, theme parks in all their holiday glory and seasonal special events.

In November, Branson honors veterans with the nation's largest homecoming celebration, Veterans Homecoming. Thousands of veterans, active-duty military personnel and their families attend more than 50 special events honoring their service and sacrifice, concluding with the November 11th Veterans Day parade in Historic Downtown Branson.

Experience the magic of the season during the Branson Area Festival of Lights as all of Branson is aglow for the holidays. From fabulous shows and dazzling lights to spectacular shopping and breathtaking scenery, Branson is a special gift for everyone in your family during this special time of year.

The centerpiece, Branson Area Festival of Lights Drive-Through, will delight children of all ages. Your journey begins with a magical one-mile drive along a path illuminated with more than 175 displays. Conveniently located off Shepherd of the Hills Expressway and Roark Valley Road, this one of a kind family experience promises to be spectacular.

In 1948 the first Adoration Parade made its way through Historic Downtown Branson, bringing the community together to celebrate the true reason behind the season.

Shoppers' Paradise

Branson is a holiday shopper's paradise with three major outlet malls featuring more than 200 name brand shops. Hundreds of area boutique and specialty stores offer one-of-a-kind hand-made heirloom quality gift items.

Your family can discover Branson’s newest “Winter Wonder Landing” at the Branson Landing waterfront, featuring a promenade of trendy specialty shopping and dining establishments, and a brilliant water and fire spectacular that dances to the sounds of the season in the Town Square.

Nov 1 - Jan 1	Shepherd of the Hills Trail of Lights This 2-1/2 mile Christmas Adventure includes 3 dimensional mechanical displays with themed music and story lines. Once you drive onto the property untiil you leave, you will be in a wonderland that will bring back the magic of Christmas you had a a little child.
Nov 1 - Dec 31	Branson Area Festival of Lights Join the community-wide celebration as all of Branson is aglow for the holidays. Special holiday shows, drive through light displays and spectacular shopping and dining provide all the reasons to celebrate the holidays in Branson. Included is the Branson Area Festival of Lights Drive-Though Display, more than 1 mile of Christmas lights on display.
Nov 1 - Nov 30	Bonniebrook Christmas Come visit us for a Bonniebrook Christmas! The home will be decorated in the spirit of Christmas long ago. Visit our Rose O'Neill gift shop and pick up something special for the Kewpie lover in your life!

Nothing gets you ready for the holidays like a sleigh ride duck-style. We’ve strung the lights and hung the mistletoe for a sparkling light filled adventure you won’t want to miss. Sing and quack along with your Captain as you listen to Christmas favorites and hear stories of Ozarks Christmas traditions. Sunday, Nov. 7	United States Air Force Band of Mid-America Join us for a free outdoor concert presented by the United States Air Force Band of Mid-America stationed out of Scott Air Force Base. The concert will be held in the upper courtyard of Factory Merchants Branson. Enjoy a variety of music performed by talented, active duty, Air Force personnel. Monday, Nov. 8	14th Annual Military Gala & Banquet 14th Annual Military Gala & Banquet held in the Grand Hall at Chateau on the Lake. Cocktail hour with a cash bar begins at 5pm. Evening includes dinner, salute, candlelight POW/MIA service, outdoor fireworks, entertainment and dancing. The evening honors all veterans. Reservations required. Carolyn Snyder will teach “Wool Applique’ for Christmas”. Barbara Engler will teach “Bias Free Poinsettias-an Applique’ Wall Hanging. Kathy Kansier will teach “Crazy Christmas Table Runner”. Sunday, Dec. 5	62nd Annual Adoration Parade & Lighting Ceremony The oldest non-commercial Christmas parade in Missouri will be held on Sunday, Dec. 5, 2010, in Branson. Thousands of spectators come from across the country to see the parade, and often comment on how important it is to remember “the reason for the season.”
