Extranet & Listing FAQ
What is the Extranet?
The Extranet controls the business listings and event listings visible on ExploreBranson.com. When a business listing is created, a new login is formed. Our admin can create a batch of multiple listings under one username and password. Anyone with the username and password will be able to login to the Extranet and make changes to contact information, business hours, amenities, descriptions, deals, photos, and more for your businesses and events.
How do I create an Extranet account?
- Fill out the Extranet Account Form.
- Wait 48 hours for your account request to be reviewed.
- Check your inbox. If you do not get an email within 48 hours, check your spam and junk mail.
- If you do not receive an email with your login information, please contact Alora Ryan at ajryan@bransoncvb.com or contact the Branson CVB.
How do I reset my password for the Extranet?
- Visit the Extranet Login Portal.
- Click "Forgot Password."
- Enter your email address associated with your Extranet account (if you lost your login credentials to access your business listings, please email Alora Ryan at ajryan@bransoncvb.com or contact the Branson CVB).
- Check your inbox. If you do not get an email within 5 minutes, check your spam and junk mail.
- Click the one-time link and update your password.
Why is my business, show, or event not on ExploreBranson.com?
If you don't see your leisure business, show, or event information published on ExploreBranson.com, there could be a couple of reasons why:
- Your listing information, such as business hours, has not been updated for the upcoming year. If this is the cause, please log into the Extranet Portal and review your listings.
- Your business/event needs to be added to the Extranet. If you already have an Extranet account, simply log into the Extranet Portal and create a new event/show/coupon listing. If you need to create a business listing, please email Alora Ryan at ajryan@bransoncvb.com or contact the Branson CVB.
Why aren't my listing changes showing up on ExploreBranson.com?
If a listing has just been updated in the Extranet but the changes are not showing up immediately on the website, it’s because the update is pending review. Any time changes are made to a listing, they must go through an approval process. The Approval Queue is checked a couple of times a day, Monday through Friday between 8am – 5pm.
After the request is accepted, it can a few minutes to appear on the website. If the changes do not show up within an hour of receiving the approval email, please email Alora Ryan at ajryan@bransoncvb.com or contact the Branson CVB.
