The Petersens National Tourism Campaign "Where My Heart Sings" 

For more than 50 years, Branson has been known for its live music shows and is officially recognized as the “Live Entertainment Capital of Missouri.” To showcase what makes the destination truly special, Explore Branson issued a call for talent, inviting local artists to help tell its story through music. After a months-long review process and considering what would resonate with our visitors, The Petersens, a beloved family band known for their American roots sound and heartfelt performances, were selected to create a signature new song. With a blend of violin, banjo, mandolin, and guitar, they produced “Where My Heart Sings,” a piece that captures soul and scenery of the Branson/Lakes Area.
