DAY 1

It was all warm welcomes and smiling faces as attendees began arriving in Branson for Rendezvous South 2022. By the time they checked in to their hotels, it was time to meet and mingle at a cocktail party sponsored by Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel. Then, the event really kicked off with a bang (literally!) during the opening reception at Big Cedar Lodge’s Top of the Rock. The sunset ceremony featured live bagpipe music and the firing of a Civil War cannon as the sun lowered behind the magnificent Ozark Mountains and Table Rock Lake.

DAY 2

Productivity was in the air the next morning as attendees enjoyed a networking breakfast followed by a packed schedule of appointments with both planners and destination-venue teams. The Branson Convention Center (BCC) ballroom was designed to look and feel like you were at home by mirroring a true living room setting. The space featured unique and beautiful sofas and chairs from different eras lending to a one-of-a-kind and inspiring atmosphere for appointments to take place.

A Dynamic Keynote

The first full day’s luncheon featured an exciting keynote address delivered by Dr. Zach Schaefer, founder and CEO of Spark The Discussion. The insightful session focused on understanding the importance of self-awareness, our drives and behavior.

More Meetings & More Fun

An afternoon of meeting sessions was followed by a networking mixer and happy hour at Andy B’s in our popular Branson Landing Entertainment District. Attendees were able to unwind from the busy day, enjoy arcade games and cap the night off with another cocktail party and hors d'oeuvres at the Hilton BCC Hotel lounge.

Rave Reviews: Attendee Testimonials

Don't take our word for it— see what the attendees had to say about Branson and all it offers for their meetings!

“This is my first time to come to Branson, Missouri, and I can’t understate how impressed I am with this city and the hospitality. I did not expect to have all of these different types of venues, activities, and outdoor adventures. It just blew me away. I can’t wait to come back .” - Julie Hewett, CEO, JulNet Solutions LLC

“Visiting any destination for the first time can be overwhelming. The Convention South [team] and the Branson Team made the voyage easy, from coordinating the shuttle service to and from the airport to the nicely-times schedule of events. There are so many unique venues in Branson to stay for business or pleasure. The Convention Center and hotel are a quick walk to many restaurants and shops along the river which is a great draw for attendees. Branson is not what you think. It’s not all Vegas-style shows, it’s nature, it’s adventure, it’s beautiful.” - Maryann Krisovitch, Executive Director, Society of Lake Management Professionals

“This is definitely a destination to consider bringing a meeting, conference or incentive group! Just make sure to plan plenty of free time for your attendees to explore Branson!” - Rod Rydell, Site Selection & Meeting Planning at Keene Research Institute

“The staff was friendly, accommodating and available. The convention center building was easy to navigate by first-time visitors and I enjoyed the ease of my room being nearby and under the same roof. It was such a well-planned and thoughtful event to attend.” - Kimberly M. Bean, Event Strategist, KBT Creative Support Services

“The event space was really nice and the people were super friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were spectacular! HUGE Two-room suites. Really gorgeous. The way you set up the convention space with couches and little living rooms for meeting each destination was a new experience and really quaint. Branson is beautiful and I never knew it!” - Emiko Beck, Manager, Global Accounts, HelmsBriscoe
