I hereby authorize the Branson Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB), its representatives and members the right to take photographs and/or video of me and to publish these photographs/video, along with use of my name, to be used in any CVB printed publications and/or interactive/internet properties.
I acknowledge that since my participation in publications, websites, and/or social media platforms produced by Branson CVB is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. I further agree that my participation in any publication, websites, and/or social media platforms produced by Branson CVB confers upon me no rights of ownership whatsoever.
I agree that the CVB may use such photographs and/or video of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and internet content.
I release Branson CVB, its contractors, and its members from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
By signing this agreement, any activity I participate in for the purpose of capturing footage will be voluntary. Any activity may include Silver Dollar City, AIRO Helicopter Tours, or another activity or attraction. The Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce & CVB is not responsible for any activity, behavior, accident, or circumstances taking place at or with any attraction. The signing of this waiver is an agreement to hold BLACC/CVB harmless regarding any physical consequences related to filming or photography taking place with or at an attraction while filming.
