Pizza by the Chef serves amazing homemade pizza! Pie dough is made on-site daily. To create a perfect density crust, the dough is allowed to rest at 38 degrees for 24 to 36 hours before serving. Pizza sauce is made in-house, with fresh vegetables and cheese to create a traditional, fresh taste. Pizza pies are baked in a traditional brick oven for that unique authentic flavor, which cannot be reproduced any better way.
