Christian Associates of Table Rock Lake

Christian Associates has operated continuously in Stone County, Missouri, for nearly 50 years.  When the founding members first met in 1974, they didn't realize that they were laying the foundation for a unique charitable organization that started with a simple mission of helping the community. Over the years, this concept grew, eventually resulting in the founding of the Kimberling City Area Library, the Stone County Senior Center, the Stone County Health Department, and Harbor House Domestic Violence Center. Christian Associates also launched the area's first Mobile Food Pantry that serves all of Stone and parts of Christian, Barry, and Lawrence Counties. To make this possible, Christian Associates operates thrift stores in Branson West, and Nixa, Missouri, generating income to make all of the services of Christian Associates possible. Each store also serves the community by providing assistance to residents who have lost everything in fires, floods and tornados – a ministry within a ministry.
