2019 Branson Grand Prix of Missouri - Powerboat Nationals Race

The Grand Prix of Missouri Powerboat Nationals Race will make its Branson debut on August 17-18, 2019 at the Branson Landing. Come see Lake Taneycomo be transformed into a thrilling track for some of the world's fastest and most well-known powerboat racers!

The Grand Prix of Missouri Powerboat Nationals Race is the perfect new-to-Branson, two-day thrill for the whole family! Watch this free event from the fountains at the heart of the Branson Landing on August 17-18, 2019 for the ideal vantage point of the races. 

The viewing area extends from the south side of the Branson Jet Boat dock to the north end of Bass Pro's White River Fish House. The race course is designed to stay close to the shoreline, making for a spectacular spectator's sport!

Branson is the tenth of thirteen cities to host the 2019 Powerboat Nationals World Championships Series. The ProTunnel Two, ProSport Series and SPARK Series will be featured in this legendary event. For more tour dates, click here.  

The Hydro-Cross event, the newest edition to the Powerboat Nationals line up, is an impressive Jet Ski series ready to race in Branson. Enhance your Powerboat Nationals experience by viewing the races from on of the Landing's many dining venues. Ask for a patio seat at White River Fish House, the Paddlewheel, Famous Dave's, Cantina Laredo, Landshark or Saltgrass Steakhouse for the most tasty and exciting dining experience. For a bird's eye view of the racing events, fly over Lake Taneycomo aboard Parakeet Pete's Waterfront Zipline

Watch the races from the water aboard Main Street Lake Crusies' Lake Queen attraction. The Lake Queen offers Grand Prix spectators a climate-controlled environment, full bar and scrumptious dining options. There are two cruises scheduled per day on both Saturday and Sunday. Those who choose the 11:45 departure time will be featured in the Opening Ceremony Parade on both days of the event. During the Powerboat Nationals event, you can see the Branson Landing's Fountain Show in a brand new way! At the top of every hour, pair your fire and fountain experience with the powerboat races happening behind the famous fountain show for an unforgettable scene. For an added bonus at the fountains, beloved country duo Makenna & Brock will close out the first day of the Powerboat Nationals with a free, two-hour live show! See Makenna & Brock on August 17 from 7-9pm.
