Copper Run Distillery
1901 Day Rd
Walnut Shade, MO 65771
Begin your tour of local spirits just north of Branson at award-winning Copper Run Distillery, the first legal distillery in the Ozark Mountains since Prohibition ended in 1933. Tours are available Wednesday through Sunday 1:30 and 4:00pm., and their spirits tasting menu includes half-ounce samples of six spirits—two moonshines, two whiskeys and two rums. They also have signature cocktails and infusions, as well as a selection of beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks. Have you ever wanted to make your own barrel of whiskey? Check out their Signature Barrel Program!

Next on the spirits tour is Missouri Ridge Distillery, an award-winning, family-owned, small-batch artisan distillery located south of Copper Run (but still north of Branson) featuring Corn and American Single Malt Whiskeys, Single Barrel Bourbon and Howlin’ Hounds Moonshine! They credit delicious water from the Ozark Mountains' limestone base and their time-honored family recipes for the aroma and flavor of their high-quality spirits.
