Branson is one of the most patriotic cities in the nation and we take great pride in honoring past and present servicemen and women. To celebrate our veterans and military personnel year-round, the city offers various discounts in an effort to show our respect to these distinguished compatriots.
Thousands of veterans and active military personnel visit Branson every year, and we do our best to show our gratitude. Branson honors servicemen and women with special deals and discounts available for all aspects of their trip, standing tributes during live music shows, memorials and displays, military reunions and renowned national events like Veterans Homecoming Week in November. Activities & Attractions
Whether you’re looking to snap hilarious keepsake photographs at the Hollywood Wax Museum, be wowed at Ripley’s Believe It or Not, discover artifacts at the Titanic Museum Attraction or walk among winged friends at the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, many of Branson’s top attractions offer $2-$3 discounts on tickets for active and retired military members and their families. Silver Dollar City and White Water amusement parks offer discounts for military personnel along with the Showboat Branson Belle (see discounts here as they are redeemable online only). Top of the Rock also has a range of different military discounts for their attractions that you wont be able to pass up. We recommend calling Top of the Rock to confirm.
Live Music Shows
Many of Branson's live music shows include a touching salute to veterans, and most offer discounts of 10-20%. The Petersens, located at the Little Opry Theatre, offer half-price tickets to veterans. Other shows with popular military discounts include Branson's Famous Baldknobbers, Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction, SIX, The Haygoods, Clay Cooper's Country Express, and Pierce Arrow.
Restaurants
Veterans and active military members can enjoy discounts of 10-15% at a number of Branson’s restaurants including Longhorn Steakhouse, Farmhouse Restaurant, Paula Dean's Family Kitchen, Fall Creek Steak & Catfish House, Mellow Mushroom, Florentina's Ristorante Italiano, Golden Coral Buffet & Grill, and Shoney’s. On Veterans Day, many locations also offer free meals to honor our men and women who have served.

Lodging and Transportation
A variety of hotels and resorts honor veterans and military personnel with 10-20% off (depending on the season). Past and present servicemen and women can enjoy a discounted stay at the luxurious Big Cedar Lodge, Chateau on the Lake, Resort, Spa & Convention Center, or the family-friendly Grand Country Resort & Waterpark. The state-of-the-art Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel features an active military and veterans discount, as well as a prime location. It’s within walking distance to the Branson Landing and Historic Downtown Branson. Other popular lodging favorites include the Branson Towers Hotel, Quality Inn, Marriott’s Willow Ridge Lodge, and Barrington Hotel & Suites. Many hotels that offer military discounts nationally have locations in Branson, including Best Western, the Clarion Hotel, Comfort Inn & Suites, Quality Inn, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
Top name car rental facilities in and around Branson offer great discounts for veterans and military personnel. At Avis, you can receive a discount of up to 25%. Alamo and National also offer discounts, and Enterprise, founded by a World War II veteran, features an entire Veterans Advantage Discount program.
Shopping
Active military personnel and veterans can receive discounts at many top-name factory stores at the Tanger Outlets in Branson, such as e, GAP, Old Navy, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Under Armour. The outlet mall also offers active military personnel and their families a free coupon book. At the Branson Landing, Bass Pro Shops offers 5% off purchases year-round for all five military branches and the National Guard and Reserves. Belk, another anchor store at the Landing, hosts a military service discount every Tuesday for 20% off purchases at their stores and online. Other military specials and discounts may vary at the Landing's attractions, restaurants, and entertainment.
Veterans Homecoming Week
Branson proudly recognizes veterans and active servicemen and women each year with its week-long Veterans Homecoming Week. This year's event will take place November 5-11th and will feature multiple tributes and celebrations of veterans. Some of our must see events during this week include, our Veterans Day Parade, Veterans Village, the Veterans Show at Clay Cooper Theatre, and so much more.
Events and Commemorations
Scheduled festivities include the IMAX Military Film Festival, a Military Gala and Banquet, Branson's long-running Veteran’s Day Parade (a tradition now over 80 years old), themed shows, memorial ceremonies and more.
